• Disease control department – if necessary doctors of narrow specialization provide medical-consultation service to all corrections establishments

• The amount of medical personnel is commensurate with the norms envisaged by the health standards in the country

• Monitoring of medical service quality is carried out systematically by both the control group established at the ministry as well as the state regulatory agency service of the medical activities of the Ministry of Health

• Doctors and nurses of the corrections system are gradually going through the retraining courses (certificated) of a family doctor

• Respectively retrained nurses are attached to all corrections establishments by the National Centre of Tuberculosis with the view of timely prevention of this disease.
